Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
WHAT IS NLP?
NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is the practice of understanding how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results they do.
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to your neurology; Linguistic refers to language; programming refers to how that neural language functions. In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind!
HOW DOES NLP WORK?
I am a Licensed Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP) and an accredited member of The Society of NLP. I use NLP to enhance performance, to help you control your emotional state and to stay focussed on what you want from life.
NLP therapists work with people to understand their thinking and behavioural patterns, emotional state, and aspirations. I can help you find and strengthen the skills that serve you best and assist you in developing new strategies to replace unproductive ones. This process can help you in therapy reach treatment goals.
NLP can improve your understanding of cognitive and behavioural patterns. It also seeks to build effective communication between conscious and unconscious mental processes to help you increase creativity and problem-solving skills.
